Designed by Tom Wills Architecture, Moodie pairs a bold textured-brick facade with Weathertex vertical cladding, Knotwood battens and large-format double-glazed windows. Four-and-a-half-metre ceilings bring scale and daylight to the main entertaining spaces.

Inside, custom timber-veneer joinery, bespoke handles, Taj Mahal quartzite and tongue-and-groove engineered flooring carry a consistent level of detail through three-and-a-half bedrooms, three bathrooms and generous living zones.
