Early conversation
We begin by understanding the site, the brief, the priorities and the level of design development. This gives the team a clear basis for the decisions ahead.

About Massco Projects
Massco Projects is a family-owned Sydney construction company led by Daniel Massad, with John Massad overseeing construction operations. Together, they bring more than 50 years of project management and practical construction experience.

01 / Our story
Massco Projects was established in 2023 with a clear purpose: to give clients direct access to experienced people who take ownership of their project. We combine disciplined project management with practical building knowledge, so decisions are considered both on paper and on site.
Daniel remains involved from the first conversation through to completion, giving clients, architects and consultants a senior decision-maker who understands the project in detail. John brings a site-focused perspective to construction methodology, trade sequencing, buildability and workmanship.
Our experience spans new homes, additions and renovations, multi-residential projects, commercial fitouts, aged care, education and live operational environments. It includes sensitive demolition, structural alterations, concrete structures, services upgrades, acoustic detailing and complete fitouts.
For us, a successful project is not measured only by programme and cost. It is also reflected in the quality of the finished work, the clarity of the process and the relationship that remains after handover.
02 / How we work
Massco Projects can become involved before plans are fully developed through an Early Contractor Involvement arrangement. At this stage, we work with the client and design team to test the project's feasibility, review buildability and identify the decisions that will have the greatest effect on cost, programme and quality.
That early input gives the design team practical construction information while options are still open, reducing avoidable redesign, late compromises and uncertainty before work begins on site.
We begin by understanding the site, the brief, the priorities and the level of design development. This gives the team a clear basis for the decisions ahead.
Before the plans are fixed, we provide early advice on likely construction cost, programme, site constraints, approvals, procurement risks and the practical feasibility of the proposed design.
We review structure, services, access, staging, materials and key details with the architect and consultants, resolving issues while the design can still respond efficiently.
Once the design is developed, we coordinate documentation, trade input, tendering, selections, long-lead procurement and the construction programme before mobilisation.
On site, the team manages safety, quality, programme, cost and trade coordination, with regular reporting and direct communication so decisions remain clear.
We plan commissioning, inspections and defect close-out progressively, then provide a structured handover and remain available through the post-completion period.
03 / What clients can expect
Senior people remain available, informed and accountable throughout the project.
We communicate openly about cost, programme, risk and the practical consequences of each decision.
We work closely with the consultant team to resolve construction challenges without losing sight of the design intent.
Quality begins in planning and coordination, then carries through procurement, construction and handover.
