Caves Beach

The complete transformation of a tired coastal house into a bright, architecturally resolved home with views toward the ocean.

Every part of the existing property was renewed, including a new facade and entry with Knotwood feature panelling, rendered walls, planter boxes and a beach-facing balcony.

The rear yard was rebuilt as an outdoor living space with a new deck, fire pit, seating and landscaping. Inside, the plan now provides four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas and an open kitchen and dining zone, finished with porcelain tile, polyurethane joinery, engineered stone and architectural lighting.
